Gunsmithing Hourly

• $110 per hour with a $60 minimum

Additional Fees

• $2.95 shop fee (lubricant, cleaner, etc.)
• $25 sights while-you-wait surcharge/$50 "all other" expedited surcharge
• $20 administrative fee for parts orders
• $15 research fee for hard-to-find parts
• $25 tool fee for cutting, drilling or pinning melonite barrels
• If firearm is dropped off for malfunction diagnosis, a magazine and ammunition must be provided. If no ammunition is provided, a box will be added to the bill.

Standard Services

• Handgun sight install - $60 (included in the cost, if purchased from West Coast Armory Pro-Shop), 1911 sight fitting subject to labor needed.
• Rebluing - $275
• Barrel threading* - $160 (add $60 for pinning and welding)
  *1/2-28 threads must have a minimum diameter of .575" at the muzzle.
  *5/8-24 threads must have a minimum diameter of .700" at the muzzle.  
• Standard muzzle device install remove/replace - $60
• Barrel cut and re-crown - $140
• Barrel cut and thread - $200
• Barrel pinning - $70
• Glock trigger install - $60
• Firearm cleaning and inspection - Striker fired pistol - $100 | Revolver or hammer-fired pistol - $120 | Rifle/shotgun (semi or pump) - $120 | Double-barrel firearms $165
• Glock maintenance service - $155 + parts (includes full cleaning and inspection and replacement of parts by Glock Certified Armorer.)
• AR-15 M4 maintenance service - $160 + parts (includes full cleaning and inspection plus replacement of commonly worn parts)
• Detail strip and clean, removing cosmoline - Pistol - $160 | Long gun - $180
• Mount optic + boresight - $70

 Custom Work

• Custom work and machining - $160 per hour + tool
• Fit and install recoil pad to stock - $110 (add $60 if shortening stock or flattening curved butt)
• Drill & tap for new scope mounting - $165
• Remove stuck case - $60
• Remove live round - $95 minimum
• Remove squib - $95 minimum

• Install Apex kit #103106 to reduce pull to 9 lbs.
• Must be modern centerfire J-frame with frame mounted firing pin.

1911 Trigger Upgrade Package

• Full cleaning
• Trigger job 4-5 lbs.
